Digitech is presenting with UNICEF Latin America and Caribbean the progress of its study on Migrants Access to and Use of Civil Registration in Latin America and the Caribbean.
It is part of the panel "Identity as an indispensable factor for the protection of human rights of a population in context of human mobility. Challenges and obstacles in the Latin America and the Caribbean region".
